Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not already been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Returns

Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping fees and any non-refundable carrier charges.
