The God of War series is known for memorable weapons almost as much as its characters. Kratos has wielded everything from the chained Blades of Chaos to the Leviathan Axe, while other characters bring weapons such as Mjolnir and Modi’s Mace into the story.

PropSwords’ God of War collection currently features five products, including Blades of Chaos replicas, Modi’s Mace, Mjolnir and additional Kratos-inspired designs.

Blades of Chaos

The Blades of Chaos God of War fans recognize are among Kratos’ defining weapons.

The paired blades are connected to chains, allowing Kratos to use them in a way that is very different from a conventional sword. Their distinctive shape and chained design make them immediately recognizable as one of the signature weapons of the series.

PropSwords currently lists several versions, including a 21-inch metal replica and an additional twin-sword design with gold detailing.

Leviathan Axe and Kratos’ Weapons

Although the focus keyword is God of War Swords, the series’ most recognizable arsenal extends beyond swords.

The God of War Leviathan Axe is one of Kratos’ most important weapons in the Norse-era games. Its design provides a clear contrast with the chained Blades of Chaos.

Together, these weapons represent different eras and aspects of Kratos’ story, which is why searches for Kratos weapons often include swords, axes and other equipment rather than swords alone.

Mjolnir and Modi’s Mace

The God of War universe also features famous weapons associated with Thor and his sons.

PropSwords currently lists a Full-Scale Mjolnir Hammer of Thor from God of War Ragnarok, as well as God of War Modi’s Mace.

These are useful options for collectors who want to expand beyond Kratos’ signature weapons.

God of War Weapons for Collectors

The current PropSwords collection includes:

• Kratos Blades of Chaos
• Modi’s Mace
• 21-inch metal Blades of Chaos replica
• Mjolnir from God of War Ragnarok
• Authentic Blades of Chaos twin-sword replica

Availability can vary between products, so check the individual listing before ordering.

As with the other PropSwords collections, these products are intended as decorative display replicas for cosplay and collecting rather than combat, self-defense or functional use.

For more video-game-inspired designs, browse the Elden Ring collection, Dark Souls Weapons collection or Halo collection.

Choosing a God of War Replica

The best starting point is the character and weapon you want to represent.

If Kratos is your focus, the Blades of Chaos provide the most recognizable option. If you’re building a broader God of War collection, Mjolnir and Modi’s Mace can add different character connections and visual styles.

Before purchasing, check the product dimensions, materials, finish and intended use.
