Multiple items; shipping

When a single order contains multiple items, the item with the longest estimated ship time will impact the time of shipment. Multiple items in a single order may ship in separate boxes.

Explanation regarding shipping time;

Shipping time estimates do not include transit times. Your order transit time is determined by the shipping method you specify during checkout (UPS Ground, UPS 2 Day, UPS 3 Day, USPS Express, FedEx Overnight, etc.) and the distance between your address and our order fulfillment centers.

For international orders;

Your item/items may be delayed because of customs and transportation. Prop Swords is not responsible for any guaranteed transit time with any shipping carrier except for advanced orders.

Tracking;

Your entire order will most often ship from our main center; however, you will be notified if a portion of your order is shipped separately with multiple tracking numbers and information.

Special order

Special Order items may take an additional 1-10 business days to ship.
